By using the Innovogue website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT.
• Pricing is the same for all payment methods — no extra fees for online payments.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed orders are not affected by price changes.

2. Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Paymob (Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets).
• Electronic payments are securely processed by Paymob in compliance with required security standards.
• Installment plans are available through participating banks as displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Free shipping for orders above the announced threshold.

4. Custom Products

Products made to the customer's custom design (custom 3D printing) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for reviewing the design before confirming the order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Innovogue website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The economic courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
