Returns & Refund Policy

At Innovogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
• Custom/personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• No refunds can be processed after 14 days from the date of purchase under any circumstances.

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (card or e-wallet).
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
